In our company we decided to have different strategies compared to other companies in terms of product and the price because by differentiating ourselves from competitors, our company may have grater income. Because having differentiated items limits the choices of consumers, which drive them to buy goods from the company. As we are starting a brand company obviously we are going to have some promotion strategies, thus we are implementing a 25 percent discount in the first time the costumer buy any of our cakes, in addition to that any events comes we have another promotions specially for the event such as Halloween and so on, where the discount for events hits to 40 percent of total amount the costumer buy.

Our company has beautiful and different kinds of cakes to attract as many customers as possible,
One of the innovations in our store is that we sell gluten-free cakes that are suitable for people who like cakes but they do diet for example.
Another thing is that we target vegetarians by making delicious cashews and cakes and is a healthy cake for everyone.
